At ADO E-Bike, we want you to feel the power of every ride; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original box, ensuring all chargers, keys, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
